At Novus Shoes, we want you to love every step you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
